I.   Tender notice to operate and manage Main Canteen at Shilparamam, Hyderabad on lease for 3 years.

The Shilparamam at Madhapur, Hyderabad has in its premises a Main canteen along with kitchen space. It is proposed to lease the said space for operation and management of the above canteen on "as is where is" condition on prefixed rates for food items with fixed quantities for a period of three years.

Shilparamam invites sealed tenders from reputed Hoteliers and Restaurateurs with proven track record in 'Hospitality Sector' in operating Food Courts / Restaurants to Operate and Maintain the Main canteen at Shilparamam, Hyderabad on lease basis for a period of three years as per the terms and conditions laid down in the bid document.

II.   Tender notice to operate and manage small Canteens of Shilparamam at Hyderabad, Kadapa & Tirupathi on lease for 3 years.

The Shilparamam has small canteens in its premises at Hyderabad, Kadapa & Tirupathi as follows.

(1)    Small canteens (two outlets) in Shilparamam, Madhapur, Hyderabad.

(2)    One small canteen at Shilparamam, Kadapa.

(3)    One small canteen at Shilparamam, Tirupathi.

It is proposed to lease the above canteens for operation and management on "as is where is" condition on prefixed rates for food items with fixed quantities for a period of three years.

Shilparamam invites sealed tenders to operate and maintain the above food courts on lease basis for a period of three years. Separate tenders have to be submitted for each unit.
